Chapter 5

A Wednesday night dinner series in Napa.

The name “Chapter 5” represents the many chapters of Chef Morgan’s life that led him to Napa — each shaped by a love of cooking, people, and place.

Working closely with a trusted network of local farmers, Chef Morgan creates menus that are fresh, thoughtful, and seasonal. Each course is paired with wines from micro-producers across Napa Valley, giving guests the opportunity to discover bottles with a story behind them.

At Chapter 5, dinner is more than a meal — it’s an affordable yet elevated experience designed to bring people together around the table.

Each three-course dinner is designed around seasonal ingredients and paired with wines from small producers.

Our menu changes every two weeks, keeping each visit fresh and intentional.
